J. Jacobs is proud to announce the official rebuild of our website. In August 2015, we decided to update our presence on the web and provide a better experience for both prospective and current Clients. Our old site, originally built in 2009, was beginning to look outdated and although it served a purpose for several years, it was in need of fresh information and updating.
Our goals for the new J. Jacobs Website were simple:
- Provide a single platform that works well on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Update the insurance product information to provide more details to visitors.
- Build a more detailed quote request process to maximize our ability to provide accurate insurance quotes.
- Provide more information about the areas in Michigan where we’re local.
- Connect all our social media profiles to allow customers an easy way to contact us across all online avenues.
As part of our new design, we’ve created a visitor feedback form where you can tell us how we did, or offer suggestions that you feel would help you navigate our website and learn more about our company.]]>
